  • Event aims:
  • A two day program on specialized endoscopic techniques following current guidelines with the
    aim to deliver high level of education in gastroenterology and endoscopy primarily to
    physicians in Serbia and neighboring countries via a combination of state of the art lectures and
    live demonstration.
    Participants will be able to gain knowledge and presumably improve their practical skills in
    endoscopy. Workshop experts will demonstrate procedures and participants will have an
    opportunity to come into contact with new concepts and discuss current issues of
    gastroenterology and digestive endoscopy. The themes of the demonstrations will focus on the
    resection of gastrointestinal neoplasia, GI bleeding, bilio-pancreatic pathology, IBD imaging and
    nutrition.
    The format will be case based discussions, lectures, and observation of practical procedures.
    The topics will include (be based on) published and about to be published guidelines topics
    (ESGE, ASGE, BSG etc.) with emphasis on its use in clinical practice and real case scenarios.
