Absence of corporeo-caudal opacification of the main pancreatic duct (MPD).

Dilated common bile duct (CBD) and intrahepatic ducts without clear opacification of the lower part of the CBD.

After sphincterotomy, the balloon catheter does not allow the removal of the intraductal material. Cytology and biopsies are performed. CBD is stented thereafter.
